Merry Liftmas 2024
Join us for our annual holiday competition. 100% of the proceeds are donated to the Children’s Aid Society, supporting children and families in need this holiday season.
- Saturday November 30th
- 4 people per team
- Register as a team, or as an individual (availability depends on overall registration numbers)
- Each team will complete 3 workouts
- Festive outfits encouraged
- Team entry fee is $200 ($50/person)
- Competition kicks off at 2pm. Dinner and refreshments to follow
- Workout details are released the night before. Be prepared for a bit of everything!
