The Academy provides strength & conditioning training for ages 11 - 18. We strive to develop and inspire young athletes to discover their full potential.
The gym is primarily setup for free weight movements which makes Industrial Athletics the prefect place for strength and conditioning training.
Hard work should result in working up a sweat which works out well because if you need a shower afterwards we've got you covered!
Gym members have 24/7 access to the facility which means that you can work out when it works for you! No more being limited to class times or restricted hours. Few gyms in Thunder Bay offer this!
