Off-Season Training

The off-season becomes a crucial time for young athletes to build their future success. During this period, athletes focus intensely on developing their speed, acceleration, strength, and explosive power.
Each training session is an investment in improvement and growth, helping athletes gain competitive advantages in their sport. Through dedicated training, athletes emerge stronger and better prepared for their upcoming season.

In-Season Training

Athletes learn to balance the demands of their sport with the necessity of ongoing physical development, ensuring they're not just ready for game day, but improving with each passing week.
We employ smart, targeted workouts to ensure the power built in the off-season doesn't fade as the games pile up. Even during the busiest parts of the season, we find ways to sharpen explosive movements specific to each athlete's sport.

About Jarret

Jarret has been one of the owners and operators of Industrial Athletics since first opening its doors in 2017

With a passion for helping athletes reach their peak potential, Jarret’s training approach focuses on strength development, speed and agility, and explosive movement training. Whether the goal is off-season training, working towards an upcoming tryout, or staying sharp in-season, Jarret will push you towards measurable results.

With a family background deeply rooted in athletics, Jarret grew up playing every sport he could. Today, when he’s not in the gym, you’ll find him on the sidelines coaching tackle and flag football. As a Dad of four, he understands the importance of positive role models in youth sports and strives to be that in his community.

This begins by understanding our athlete’s specific needs, establishing baseline metrics, and then implementing a training program that progresses towards measurable results.
